GROUP CLASSES
Maligator Kennels provides group classes for Level 1 through Level III obedience.
Level I
This comprehensive course covers concepts of reinforcement, getting your dog to listen the first time you give a command, and working with him around distractions. Level I obedience is fun and perfect for any dog, any age, any stage, who needs a starting line or to polish the fundamentals.

Level II
Take your dog’s training to the next level with this course designed to enhance obedience, improve impulse control, and reduce distractibility. Perfect your dog’s loose-leash heel, eliminate jumping, and teach her to sit and greet new friends calmly. You’ll also dive into the fundamentals of the “place” command while mastering advanced techniques such as variable rewards and leash dissociation. Build practical skills for heeling through intense distractions, both on- and off-leash, for a dog that’s focused, well-mannered, and ready for any adventure.
This course is ideal for dogs who have passed Level I obedience.

Level III
Our advanced obedience course is designed to transform your canine companion into a reliable and focused partner in any environment. Master powerful techniques like variable rewards and leash dissociation to enhance your dog’s responsiveness. Build essential skills, including the “send to place” command, perfecting the “down at a distance” even with distractions, and refining heeling under high-stress situations. Your dog will also learn to lie down on the move during a heel and stay engaged during exciting activities and adventures.
Level III group training is ideal for dogs who have completed Levels I and II of obedience training.
