Frequently Asked Questions
What training is right for me?
If your dog has shown aggression, has bitten, or you believe a bite may be possible, you must begin with our behavior modification program. Trainer approval is required before progressing to obedience at any level. If your dog struggles with anxiety, fear, or is unable to focus or follow commands due to stress, behavior training is the appropriate starting point.
For customized, in-home instruction, personal training is the best fit. For structured, curriculum-based instruction in a group setting, group classes may be appropriate. If you are unsure, contact us. We will evaluate your dog and recommend the correct path forward.
How long are the training sessions?
Training sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the program and the dog’s needs.
How often do I schedule the trainings?
For most programs, we recommend scheduling sessions 7–10 days apart. This allows time to practice between sessions and ensures steady, measurable progress. Scheduling availability may vary depending on your trainer and program type.
Do you offer boarding?
Yes. We offer board and train programs designed for immersive, accelerated progress. Availability is limited. Contact us to learn more.
Is pricing per dog?
Pricing is per dog. We recommend enrolling each dog separately to ensure individualized attention and measurable results. If two dogs require the same full training package and are enrolled together, a 10% discount may apply to each package.
Are there special requirements for E-collar training?
Yes. For E-collar packages, dogs must wear the approved collar for a minimum of two weeks prior to the first session to ensure proper fit and familiarity.
